1 - Payment
The bank card used for online payment of reservations or any prepayment must be presented at the reception, accompanied by an identity document, when checking upon arrival at the hotel.
2 - I accept the booking conditions and general conditions of use.
Your credit card is used to guarantee the reservation. It will not be debited at the time of booking, except in the following cases :
• If the validity date of the credit card is earlier than the date of arrival at the hotel.
• If the reservation is an immediate prepayment offer, which cannot be modified and cannot be canceled.
In these cases, the amount taken as security amounts to the entire stay.
In all other cases, you will pay for your stay directly at the hotel during your stay.
We also reserve the right to verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your bank card.
3 - Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the arrival date. In the event of late cancellation or no show, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged to the bank card given as security and the rest of the stay will be canceled.
Please note that certain rates or special offers do not allow to cancel or modify the reservation. You are therefore invited to read the conditions of each offer before making your reservation.
4 - How to modify or cancel a reservation
For any modification (change of date, names, number of people etc ...) or cancellation of reservation, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com.
Please note that each cancellation may provides costs, in accordance with the hotel's cancellation and no show conditions. We advise you to read these cancellation and no-show conditions carefully before making your reservation.
5 - Secure transaction
All personal information which you confide us during your reservation with our service is coded.
We use the SSL system (Socket Secure Layer), one of the most reliable secure systems. It means that this information cannot be intercepted by a third party.
6 - Mediation
After having reached the sales department by email [firstname.lastname@example.org] and without a satisfactory response within one month, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator whose contact details and terms of referral are available on the website : www.mtv.travel.
