The credit card used for online payment of reservations or any prepayment must be presented at the reception desk, along with an ID, when checking in at the hotel.
2 - I accept the reservation conditions and general conditions of use:
Your credit card is used to guarantee the reservation. It will not be charged at the time of booking, except in the following cases::
If the validity date of the credit card is earlier than the date of arrival at the hotel.
If the reservation is an immediate prepayment offer, which cannot be changed or cancelled.
In these cases, the amount deducted as a guarantee is the full amount of the stay. In all other cases, you will pay your stay directly to the hotel. We also reserve the right to verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card.
3- Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no show, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee and the rest of the stay will be cancelled.
Please note that some rates or special offers do not allow you to cancel or change your reservation. You are therefore advised to read the conditions of each offer before making your reservation.
4- How to modify or cancel a reservation:
For any modification (change of date, names, number of persons etc...) or cancellation of a reservation, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com.
Please note that each cancellation may incur a fee, according to the hotel's cancellation and no-show policy. We advise you to read these cancellation and no-show conditions carefully before making your reservation.
