The credit card used for online payment of reservations or any prepayment must be presented at the reception, accompanied by an identity document, upon check-in at the hotel.
2 - I accept the booking conditions and general terms of use
Your credit card is used to guarantee the reservation. It will not be charged at the time of booking, except in the following cases:
- If the credit card's expiration date is prior to the hotel's arrival date.
- If the reservation is an immediate prepayment offer, non-modifiable and non-cancellable. In these cases, the amount charged as a guarantee equals the full stay.
In all other cases, you will pay for your stay directly at the hotel. We also reserve the right to verify (i.e., pre-authorize) your credit card.
3 - Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee, and the rest of the stay will be cancelled.
Please note that some rates or special offers do not allow cancellation or modification of the reservation. You are therefore invited to review the terms of each offer before making your booking.
4 - How to modify or cancel a reservation
For any modifications (change of date, names, number of guests, etc.) or cancellation of a reservation, please contact us by email at lekatorze@gerhotel.fr.
Please note that each cancellation may incur fees according to the hotel's cancellation and no-show policies. We recommend carefully reading these terms before making your booking.
5 - Secure transaction
All personal information you provide during your booking with our service is encrypted.
We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system, one of the most reliable security systems. This means that this information cannot be intercepted by a third party.
